NYC Teenspace, a free mental-health service for teens living in New York City offered through Talkspace and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, came to us to leverage direct mail services to connect with their audience in a unique format.
NYC Teenspace Direct Mail Postcard
Leveraging fonts and graphics they provided, the goal was to create an interactive experience to increase engagement. The result was a postcard with a peel-off image of a phone on the back of the card. Peeling off the phone revealed step-by-step instructions on how to access the NYC Teenspace services.
Letter from the Chief Medical Officer
Although the Letter from the Chief Medical Officer didn’t make it into production, we created a mockup of what it would look like, taking care to understand the NYC Teenspace and Talkspace branding to execute on a new way to engage their audience.
